Great news for our Connected Families organizations! Starting October 19 we’ll begin to deploy the 2015 Connected Families Release to all our annual maintenance clients!
In the Connected Families 2015 Release, you’ll get better control over your reports, more targeted ways to connect with your clients, and a solution to keep your County fields consistent.
Here’s what’s in store….
Automatic Relationships: Relationships between parents and children in the same Household will automatically be created. This will allow reports on parents by their child’s demographics. Run reports on all parents of children with Autism by zip code, all parents of children aged 12-15, diagnoses of children of parents who attended a specific training, etc. This will allow you to more accurately target mailings, email blasts, and help you accurately report required metrics.
Unduplicated Counts: Easily report on unduplicated (and duplicated) contacts and families. We’ve added many new reports to help you easily get all the numbers you need.
Manage County on Household or Contact: The County field will now automatically update on Households if changed on Contacts, and vice versa. No more inconsistencies between Household and Contact Counties!
Manage No Shows for Events: A No Show status option on Campaign Member records will allow for more accurate event planning and attendee numbers.
PTI Data Form 2015: For PTI organizations – you’ll get the updated PTI data form dashboard which will allow you to generate all your required reports in just a few clicks!
New Reports: Dozens of new reports for duplicated and unduplicated counts, number of families by child demographic, number of parents by child demographic, and adoption reports that allow reporting on how quickly staff are responding to parent requests.
Updates to current objects/features: Minor upgrades to custom objects and functionality you might already using (like Materials Distributed, Interactions, Campaign Members) that will improve performance and usability.
