Yeah yeah yeah, I hear some of you already. I thought I was not supposed to worry about upgrades with Salesforce. This is true for Salesforce itself and the NPSP3 but might not be true for apps you installed from the Appexchange.
It is a good practice to update these apps as you will get new features and bug fixes.
Here is our tip to make the process super easy.
Step 1: Go to the Appexchange and login using your Salesforce credentials.
Step 2: Click on ‘My Account’
It will show you all the apps you have installed.
Note the link ‘Update Available’ for GridBuddy.
You could also change the view to ‘Updates Available’ to see only those apps with updates available.
Boom!
