Director of Growth
Sputnik Moment is seeking a Sales professional to lead Sales & Marketing activities for our growing consulting firm. In addition to a proven track record of leading sales, this position requires perfect communication skills and the ability to juggle several projects at once.
When joining our team you will be responsible for:
- Customer’s facing sales activities;
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; – integrating contract requirements with business operations;
- Cultivate & Deepen existing partnership.
- Establish & Develop partnerships leading to value to customers and additional sales.
- Lead marketing efforts: webinar, conference, content creation.
An ideal candidate will have the following:
- 3-5 years successful sales experience.
- Experience selling Salesforce solutions.
- Technical aptitude & consultative selling skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed a sales quota.
- Sales goals
- Client satisfaction
- Promote Sputnik Moments’ services in the community
