Kathleen "Kat" is a Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator. Her focus is in support and her expertise is in NPSP and various 3rd party tools. Prior to Sputnik Moment, she worked with an international nonprofit supporting orphaned children as System Administrator.

Sam's specialty is assisting in Connected Families implementations as well as Salesforce projects to help improve efficiency within organizations. His background includes extensive experience in both CRM and finance. He is a certified Salesforce Administrator.

Mike's expertise includes Grants Management Systems such as foundationConnect and Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). Mike's background includes over 20 years in the nonprofit and IT sector ranging from union organizer to IT Director.

Kymberli's specialty is implementing all flavors of Grants Management Systems on the Salesforce platform. She has over a decade of experiencing working in the nonprofit sector, the latter half-a-decade at a local community foundation as the director of data analytics. Her background includes extensive experience with using and configuring constituent management databases, in addition to other various system implementations and revamping internal processes.

Crystal has been at Sputnik Moment since 2011.  Crystal is part of the GMS implementations team.  She has over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, and prides herself on making sure that all of our clients’ GMS implementations are successful.  She has presented at both Dreamforce and PEAK, and is passionate about helping foundations become more efficient with the right technology solutions for them.

Larissa's specialty is implementing Connected Families, a managed package offered exclusively by Sputnik Moment. Her background includes extensive experience in both CRM and digital marketing and communications.
